For clients

How do I find the right artist?

Use the Explore page to filter by category, medium, availability, and budget. Each profile shows the artist's starting price, a brief about section, and portfolio samples. Browse until you find someone whose work fits your brief, then send a booking request directly from their profile.

How does a booking request work?

From any artist's profile page, fill in the booking form with your project type, description, timeline, and budget. The artist receives your request and can accept or decline. If they accept, you're connected directly to discuss details. No auction, no bidding, no platform middleman.

Are these profiles real human artists?

Yes. Every profile is reviewed by our team before going live. We check that the portfolio represents genuine human-made work — not AI-generated content passed off as original. If a profile is found to be in breach of this, it is removed. Verification is the entire point of the platform.

Do I need an account to browse?

No — the Explore page and creator studios are fully public. You only need an account to send a booking request. Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute.

What does the starting price mean?

It's the artist's minimum engagement rate. Final pricing depends on scope, timeline, and deliverables — the booking form is where you describe your brief and the artist confirms fit. Think of starting price as a floor, not a fixed quote.

For artists

How do I get my profile live?

Create an account, opt in to the artist side, then fill in three required fields: your primary category, at least one medium, and a starting price. Once set, your profile moves from draft to ready-to-publish. Toggle it visible from your workspace and it goes live immediately.

What counts as human-made work?

Work you made using traditional or digital tools, without generative AI producing the final output. Referencing AI for research or ideation doesn't disqualify work. Using AI to generate images, copy, or audio that you then present as your own does. If you're unsure whether your practice qualifies, contact us before submitting.

Is there a cost to list on the platform?

Creating an account and publishing a profile is free. There's no listing fee and no commission taken from direct bookings. Optional paid features may be introduced in future — these will always be opt-in and clearly labelled.

Can I take my profile down at any time?

Yes. Toggle your profile visibility off at any time from your workspace. This immediately removes it from public discovery. Your data is retained so you can republish when ready. For full account and data deletion, contact support@artizanscollective.com.

Will beginners get visibility alongside established artists?

Yes. Discovery on Artizans Collective is not ranked by follower count or platform engagement. Clients browse by category, medium, and budget. A strong honest profile with clear work samples competes on the same terms as a well-known name.

Platform

What categories does the platform support?

Currently: illustration, photography, graphic design, motion and animation, music and audio, writing and copy, and fine arts. If your practice doesn't fit neatly into an existing category, choose the closest one and describe your work in your profile bio.

How are disputes resolved?

Contact us at support@artizanscollective.com. We review disputes case by case. For verification concerns — if you believe a profile contains AI-generated work — use trust@artizanscollective.com.

Is my data private?

Yes. We collect only what's needed to run the platform. We do not sell data to third parties. See the Legal page for the full privacy policy.
