Who can use this platform
Artizans Collective is open to individual human creators and clients seeking human creative work. You must be 16 or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are a human individual and that all content you submit represents your own original work.
Artist responsibilities
Artists are responsible for ensuring their profile, portfolio, and submitted work is genuine human-made creative output. Submitting AI-generated content as your own work is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate removal from the platform. Artists set their own pricing and are solely responsible for delivering on agreed booking terms.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information in booking requests and communicate in good faith. Booking requests are not contracts — they are expressions of interest that the artist can accept or decline. Any project agreement reached between a client and artist is between those two parties; Artizans Collective is not a party to that agreement.
Platform conduct
You agree not to use the platform to harass, spam, impersonate, or defraud other users. You agree not to attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email if you have an account.
02 — Privacy policy
What data we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address, display name), setting up a profile (category, mediums, pricing, bio, portfolio links), and submitting booking requests (project description, timeline, budget). We also collect basic anonymised usage data to understand how the platform is used.
How we use your data
Account data is used to authenticate you and personalise your workspace. Profile data is used to display your public artist profile and include you in discovery results. Booking data is used to facilitate connections between clients and artists. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who can see your data
Your public profile — name, category, mediums, bio, starting price, and portfolio — is visible to anyone who visits the platform. Your email address, booking history, and account preferences are private and only accessible to you.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request full deletion, email support@artizanscollective.com. We action deletion requests within 30 days. Booking records may be retained for a limited period after deletion for legal and dispute purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We use session storage — not persistent cookies — to maintain your login state during a browser session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
03 — Content policy
AI-generated content
Profiles on Artizans Collective must represent genuine human-made creative work. Submitting AI-generated images, copy, audio, or other outputs as your own portfolio is prohibited — regardless of how the work is described or presented. If moderation determines a profile contains AI-generated content, the profile will be removed and the account flagged for review.
Copyright and ownership
You retain full copyright over work you submit to your profile. By publishing on Artizans Collective, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that work on the platform for the purpose of your public profile. We do not claim ownership and will not use your work for any other purpose without explicit permission.
Prohibited content
Not permitted: sexually explicit material, content depicting minors in a harmful context, content promoting violence or hatred against any group, and content that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks. Profiles containing prohibited content will be removed immediately.
Reporting concerns
If you believe a profile contains AI-generated work, violates copyright, or contains prohibited content, email trust@artizanscollective.com with a link to the relevant profile and a brief description. We review all reports and aim to respond within 5 business days.
